12 month rentals

We offer a range of 12 month rental properties from studio’s to larger homes. All rentals are subject to a 12 month (52 week) Residential Tenancy Agreement and the rules and regulations that govern the real estate industry.

Most properties are fully furnished. Electricity, gas and phone/internet services are not included in the rental price and tenants are responsible for payment, connection and disconnection of those services.

Winter Rentals (16 Week leases)

The winter season in the NSW Snowy Mountains region runs from the June long weekend until the October long weekend each year.

Our winter rentals are subject to a 16-week Residential Tenancy Agreement, usually timed in accordance with the winter season dates, however, some flexibility may be possible with your start and end dates depending upon the property you are applying for.

We offer a range of winter rental properties from bedsits to family homes. All winter rental properties are fully furnished and have fully equipped kitchens etc. Tenants are required to provide their own linen including pillows, sheets, doonas/blankets, towels etc.

Unless clearly stated in the property information, electricity, gas and phone/internet services are not included in the rental price quoted and tenants are responsible for payment and connection/disconnection of those services.

Summer Leases

With many of our holiday properties available for extended periods during the off season we are able to rent those out to contractors and workers coming to the area and only need them for certain periods of time.
